The Philadelphia Phillies (46-31) and New York Mets (46-31) will conclude their series at Citizens Bank Park on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball with first place in the National League East on the line.

After the Phillies pummeled the Mets 10-2 in Friday's opener, New York extracted some revenge on Saturday with an 11-4 win. The two teams now enter tonight's contest tied atop the NL East.

The Mets hit seven solo home runs, four coming off Phillies starter Mick Abel. The rookie didn't command his fastball, per MLB.com's Paul Casella, and gave up some hard and loud contact in just three innings of work. He left trailing 4-3. The bullpen didn't fair much better as the Mets laughed their way to evening the series at one game apiece.

Sunday's matchup is a big one, with the series hanging in the balance before the Phils embark on a six-game road trip through Houston and Atlanta.
