The Philadelphia Phillies (41-29) wrap up their homestand on Sunday in a Father's Day matchup with the Toronto Blue Jays (38-32) at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies have put a screeching halt to the Blue Jays' winning streak with victories in the first two games of this series. After an 8-0 thrashing on Friday night, they won a tight affair on Saturday 3-2 thanks to some wildness from Toronto starter Bowden Francis and a clutch home run by Max Kepler.

Down 1-0 in the fourth, the Phillies scored two runs without getting a hit. With two out, Francis walked two, hit a batter, walked another and then hit another batter before exiting the game. The Jays tied it up the following inning off Phillies starter Cristopher Sánchez. The lefty put together another quality start with seven innings and two runs while striking out five.

Kepler launched a solo homer to right field in the eighth to seal the win, the fourth in the Phillies' last five games. The homer marks Kepler's fourth straight game with a hit and his second long ball in that span, as he looks to be out of one of his extended funks at the plate.

The Phillies have gained two games on the New York Mets this weekend, and come into Sunday's finale trailing by 3.5 in the NL East. Another win and a series sweep would go a long way before a week of division matchups, with four on the road against the Miami Marlins before welcoming the Mets to Philly for three games next weekend.
