Phillies All-Decade Team of the 2010s: Breaking down the legends

Outfielders
There are three outfielders we will highlight at the outfield of the 2010’s.
Statistically, it’s hard to build a list without Oduble Herrera, who led all outfielders in games played, home runs, and doubles during the decade. The next two options on the games, home runs, and doubles list are Domonic Brown and John Mayberry Jr., two of the organization’s recent busts.
This list won’t be comprised solely on statistics, which would favor three recent headaches in the organization.
Bryce Harper
It’s hard to ignore what Bryce Harper meant to the Phillies in his first season with the team. While he missed the All-Star team for just the second time in his career, Harper hit 35 home runs, the most since his 2015 MVP season, and drove in a career-high 114 runs.
Harper is a centerpiece of the Phillies going into the next decade, under contract until 2031.

Shane Victorino
One of the great outfielders in Phillies history, Shane Victorino went from a Rule 5 pick to a World Series-winning outfielder in Philadelphia.
During the 2010’s Victorino was one of the Phillies last star outfielders, finishing fourth in all outfield statistics behind Herrera, Brown, and Mayberry. During his time with the Phillies in the 2010’s the Flyin’ Hawaiian won a Gold Glove, received MVP votes, and led the league with 16 triples in his All-Star 2011 season.
Raul Ibanez
Raul Ibanez replaced Pat Burrell in left field following the 2008 championship and was a solid middle of the order bat. In three years, including his lone All-Star season, Ibanez had 285 hits in 299 games with 68 doubles and 36 home runs.
He was just as good in the clubhouse as well and came back to Philadelphia for the anniversary of the pennant team with a passionate on-field speech.
Honorable Mention: Jayson Werth, Hunter Pence
