Potential future-Phillie Manny Machado is certainly the number one player to watch this series. Most recently, Machado expressed his interest in hitting free agency at the end of the season and he is more than likely going to be on the move by the trade deadline. The Phillies are rumored to be in top position to acquire the star shortstop. Philadelphia is majorly in need of a good shortstop, other than Scott Kingery and J.P. Crawford.

In five games against the Phillies Machado is batting .263 with three home runs, one of which was hit in Philly.
