It’s win day for the Phillies as their ace Aaron Nola takes the mound in D.C.

Phillies fans enjoyed a 12-2 victory in Washington on Friday night thanks to Carlos Santana and Nick Williams combining for seven RBI in the middle of the lineup. Odubel Herrera also had a big game with a two-run home run, making it his fifth-consecutive game with a home run.

Washington is starting their top pitching prospect Ereck Fedde, who hasn’t seen much success early in his career. Making his seventh career start in two seasons with Washington, Fedde owns a career 7.47 ERA.
