Ricky Bottalico

After being spurned of the television color commentary job on multiple occasions Bottalico could get his chance to leave the pregame set after ten years.

Pitching out of the bullpen for seven of his 12 major league season for the Phillies, Bottalico collected a record of 15-25 with a 3.70 ERA. He was also the Phillies lone representative at the 1996 All-Star game hosted at the Vet, where he pitched a perfect fifth inning.

Bottalico has been critical of the Phillies play as a member of the pre/post game show on Comcast SportsNet and his experience and humor would play well with Franzke the on radio.

Could it be time to give Ricky Bo the chance?
