The Phillies hope to take a second straight win over the Chicago Cubs Tuesday night after a decisive 10-2 win Monday night at Wrigley Field.

The Phillies took home a convincing win over the Chicago Cubs Monday night thanks to three home runs. Vince Velasquez allowed just one run over five innings in his second win of the season. Now they have an opportunity to take an early 2-0 lead in the series and prevent a series loss to the reigning world champions.

Here is everything you need to know about Tuesday’s game at Wrigley Field:

Hellickson is coming into this start red-hot. Through his first five appearances this season, Hellickson has been nothing short of a bonafide All-Star candidate. The righty has a 0.80 WHIP, .191 batting average against, and 3.67 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He is coming off an impressive start against the Marlins where he went six innings and allowed just one run.

The Phils will have to face the veteran lefty Lester. He started the season off strong, giving up just one run in his first two starts and none in his third. However, he has given up five earned runs in each of his last two starts. In each of his starts, he has thrown 100 pitches or more.

Monday’s game was delayed by nearly an hour and a half by rain, but that shouldn’t be the case as the forecast doesn’t expect any rain Tuesday night in Chicago.
