Phillies: A Very Merry Christmas From That Balls Outta Here!
The staff of That Balls Outta Here would like to wish all readers and Phillies fans alike a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
We’re a growing bunch here at TBOH. And I must say, you Phillies fans are the best. You all give us a reason to get up and write about, analyze, and cover the team we all love everyday. For that, we can’t thank you enough.
We hope the presents are awesome, the family is together, and “A Christmas Story” is on until at least 4:00 PM!

Joy’s in the air, the Phillies are on the rise, and Santa has already dropped presents under the Phils tree. From Howie Kendrick, to Pat Neshek, Joaquin Benoit, and now Clay Buchholz, it’s safe to say the Phils weren’t on the naughty list this year.
And hey, this team isn’t looking that bad on the surface. From a potential solid rotation, to an underrated bullpen transformation, and the very real possibility of progression from young hitters like Herrera, Franco, Joseph, etc., this team could surprise in the upcoming season.
Oh, let us not forget about the kids. Crawford, Williams, Thompson, etc. These youngsters (plus others!) all have a chance of making an impact in Philadelphia in not just 2017, but for many years to come as well. It’s easy to forget just how loaded this team is, but from top to bottom, they are.
So remember how bright the future is for your team, share holiday memories with all your loved ones, and take this a sincere thank you to all our readers.
Without you, our writing is pointless. And for a new bunch like we have here at TBOH, your continual support is something we’re all extremely grateful for.
Here’s to a very Merry Christmas, a happy new year, and a potentially awesome 2017.
