According to this list of names, there are three people currently on the Phillies.
One is only member of the bullpen Jonathan Papelbon. Another is noted stopper Cliff Lee.
The other is the National League leader in home runs. And yet…
NL All-Star voting update is out. Domonic Brown still not among top 15 outfielders. Don't fret. He's a lock as a reserve.

Don’t worry, Dom will get to sit on the bench and have a good time while somebody like Carlos Beltran is farting around out there. That feels totally acceptable. Way to go, everyone. We did it.

STOP APPLAUDING.
We very much did not do it. Nothing is done.
The Phillies have made it clear that there is very, very little that will go right this season. A lot of losses. A lot of injuries. A lot of hopes shattered after five game win streaks with ease, after such a struggle to build them up. This is going to be another bad one, and the fact that Dom is hitting well and disproving idiots gives 2013 at least a small sense of satisfaction that 2012 didn’t have.
We’re at the point when the little things are what have to matter, because the big things just aren’t going to happen. Though I don’t feel right referring to Dom Bombs as “little things.”
So shove that stack of monotonous paper work off your desk and go here to correct what you’ve done.
