Sure, the AL East may have the advantage when it comes to hitting and fielding, but those are only two really big parts of baseball. There’s also pitching, and funnel cake. And some other things, like VORP. That’s something, right? VORP? That sounds important. Or maybe it’s the protagonist of an NES game with a smiling robot on the front of the box. Who knows. But someone mentioned “batteries” later in the article, and if any division in baseball is going to take the cake on that topic, I believe we have more than earned the right.
