Spring training games are here with the Philadelphia Phillies beginning their Grapefruit League schedule on Saturday. They are one of several teams with many top prospects looking to start strong before the regular season begins. This year could see a few of the Phillies' top young players make their debuts in the majors.

Philadelphia has many prospects that will look to make a good impression with the club this spring, even if they are most likely to continue their respective progressions in the minor leagues this season. Out of all the prospects in camp, here are the five who have the best chances of making an impact during spring training.

Here are the Phillies prospects with the best chance to make an impact during spring training games

No. 5: Gabriel Rincones Jr., OF

Gabriel Rincones Jr. is dealing with knee soreness, which will affect his availability at the beginning of spring training games. Phillies manager Rob Thomson said his injury will keep him out until the middle of the Grapefruit League slate, according to On Pattison's Tim Kelly.

Since Rincones may not be available for a Grapefruit League game until March, he will be behind schedule and unlikely to make the Opening Day roster. He made an impression with his power hitting last year in spring training. The outfielder is a candidate to debut with the club during the season if there are injuries on the roster.

No. 4: Dante Nori, OF

Dante Nori ended the 2025 season as the Phillies' No. 6 prospect according to MLB Pipeline. The 27th overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft spent 2025 with the Clearwater Threshers, Jersey Shore BlueClaws, and Reading Fightin Phils. He also continued his progress in the Arizona Fall League.

Nori impressed with his speed on the basepaths last year, as he finished with 52 stolen bases, which trailed only Aidan Miller's 59 stolen bases for the most among the Phillies prospects, according to MLB.com's Jonathan Mayo. Nori's excellent work ethic may lead him to end this season with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.

No. 3: Andrew Painter, SP

Andrew Painter is expected to make his MLB debut in the Phillies starting rotation out of camp. He has an opportunity for a lead role in the rotation during spring training, with several Phillies starters participating in the World Baseball Classic and Zack Wheeler working his way back from surgery for venous thoracic outlet syndrome.

Painter will be looking for a much-improved season beginning in spring training following an inconsistent year in 2025, his first season since 2022. He's adjusted his arm slot on his fastball during the offseason, which has already improved his command and will hopefully see him return to the success he had before Tommy John surgery in 2023.

No. 2: Aidan Miller, INF

Miller won't debut with the Phillies on Opening Day but is on track to do so sometime during the regular season. While he won't play his natural position of shortstop with the club due to the presence of Trea Turner, the 21-year-old will play third base in spring training to get him acclimated to the position for whenever he is promoted to Philadelphia.

The Dunedin, Florida, native continues to impress everyone in the organization, and he recently received compliments from Phillies legend Larry Bowa. If Miller does well in Grapefruit League games, it will only heighten the expectations and make the fan base eager for his MLB debut.

No. 1: Justin Crawford, OF

No other Phillies prospect looks as ready for the majors as Justin Crawford. He excelled all of last year in Triple-A with Lehigh Valley and was consistently rumored to debut with Philadelphia but didn't receive a promotion. He's expected to be the Phillies' starting center fielder on Opening Day.

Beginning in spring training, Crawford has an opportunity to give the Phillies and fan base a preview of what to expect during the regular season, and in the process earn a roster spot. Some Phillies players have expressed excitement early on incamp about being on the same team as the 22-year-old speedster.
