That tells me that we're going to see positive regression sooner rather than later when it comes to runs for the Phillies.

Now should be a good time to start racking up runs when they face the lowly Cincinnati Reds. Nick Lodolo will get the start for the Reds and while he has had a good start to his season, he Phillies managed to get eight hits and four runs on him in his two starts against Philadelphia last season.
