The Philadelphia Phillies (86-58) will be looking to follow up their dramatic walk-off win on Monday night with another W on Tuesday to secure the series win against the Tampa Bay Rays (71-73) at Citizens Bank Park.

After being no-hit through five innings, the newly crowned NL Player of the Week, Kyle Schwarber, broke the scoreless tie in a big way with one out in the sixth. He blasted a 447-foot solo home run to right center to get the Phillies on the board. With starter Cristopher Sánchez having thrown six shutout innings, scattering four hits, it looked like that might be enough for the win.

Unfortunately, things took a weird turn in the top of the ninth with closer Carlos Estévez on the mound. Rays pinch-hitter Brandon Lowe hit a deep fly ball to Monty's Angle in center field that Johan Rojas caught with a leaping effort, only to watch it fall out of his glove and over the fence to tie the game.

The Phillies got another dose of CBP magic in the bottom of the inning, however. With the bases loaded and the crowd chanting his name, Kody Clemens punched a single through the right side to give the Phillies their sixth win in eight games this month.

Catcher J.T. Realmuto was out of the lineup again on Monday and it looks like we'll have to wait until Friday for a return to action based on the latest reports.
