The Philadelphia Phillies (38-16) will be happy to see the last of Coors Field. After losing 2-of-3 to the Rockies over a weird weekend of baseball, they'll head back down to sea level for a three-game series against the San Francisco Giants (27-27).
The Phillies still hold a 6.0-game lead in the NL East over the suddenly Ronald Acuña-less Atlanta Braves, while the Giants come in 5.5 games back of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL West. San Francisco is coming off a series win over the Mets in New York. They're playing well, going 8-2 in their last 10 games.

- Taijuan Walker (3-0) makes his sixth start of the year to open the series. The righty has a 5.06 ERA on the season but a 3.98 ERA in four May starts. He faced the Giants back at Citizens Bank Park on May 5 and picked up the win, going 6 1/3 innings while allowing three runs on five hits with seven strikeouts.
- Blake Snell (0-3) will take the ball for the Giants. The reigning NL Cy Young winner hasn't had the season he was hoping for after getting a late start to the year. Through four outings, the lefty has an obnoxious 11.40 ERA and 2.07 WHIP and hasn't gone more than 4 2/3 in any start. Last time out, Snell gave up four runs on four hits through 3 1/3 innings against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
