The Philadelphia Phillies (46-22) will be glad to see the last of Fenway Park after losing two of three to the Red Sox this week. Unfortunately, the schedule gets even tougher with a big weekend series on tap against the Baltimore Orioles (45-23) at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Despite two straight losses in Boston, the Phillies still have a comfortable 9.0-game lead in the NL East. They're still the top team in the NL, 5.0 games better than the Los Angeles Dodgers. Although they'll be without J.T. Realmuto, the good news is that the Phillies could get Trea Turner and Brandon Marsh back off the IL this weekend.

The Orioles are having another strong campaign but trail the New York Yankees by 2.5 games in the AL East. As two of the top teams in MLB, the Phils and O's are fairly evenly matched, with similar run differentials, team ERAs and runs scored.
