The Phillies are coming off their fifth win in their last six games

A two-run hit from Rhys Hoskins and an RBI triple from Andrew Knapp helped seal a tremendous win for the Phillies Tuesday night over the Baltimore Orioles.

Now on the Fourth of July, the team looks for their fourth-consecutive win against a young Orioles pitcher at home.

Ramírez is making his second major league start and third career appearance for Baltimore. Rated by MLB Pipeline as the organization’s 15th best prospect, Ramírez was a Rule 5 pick of the Yankees in 2015 who had his contract purchased by the Orioles at last year’s trade deadline.

In his last start, Ramírez allowed just three hits in five shutout innings against Seattle.
