It’s been over a decade since the Phillies and Yankees have played in Philadelphia
For the first time since 2006 the Phillies and Yankees are playing a regular season game at Citizen’s Bank Park. Of course, the two met in the 2009 World Series, but it’s been 12 years since a regular season game has been held in Philadelphia.
Only a handful players from that series are on MLB rosters: Chase Utley, Ryan Madson, Robinson Cano, and Cole Hamels. None of those players will be in town this weekend in a battle between the Baby Bombers and Phillies.
Here’s everything needed for the Phillies tonight as they return home.
