A rainout Tuesday night could hurt the Phillies in Baltimore in game two

With more rain in the area, Wednesday’s game was moved up 30 minutes in an attempt to get a game in. There’s a 90% chance of rain in Baltimore with the majority expected to come late in the afternoon.
