A rainout Tuesday night could hurt the Phillies in Baltimore in game two

Phillies fans, players, and beat writers endured a three-hour rain delay in Baltimore that was eventually postponed to July 12 Tuesday night. After a long night of frustration and waiting, the team returns Wednesday for what’s now a one-game series.

With more rain in the area, Wednesday’s game was moved up 30 minutes in an attempt to get a game in. There’s a 90% chance of rain in Baltimore with the majority expected to come late in the afternoon.
