Another NL East match-up brings two young organizations together with the Phillies in Miami

After Jake Arrieta uncharacteristically dropped a start to the Marlins the Phillies counter with former prospect Zach Eflin. The righty replaces Ben Lively in the starting rotation after Lively suffered a back strain and went on the disabled list.

Miami counters with Jarlin García, a 25-year-old lefty Dominican native who is transitioning from the bullpen. He’s experienced success early in his career as a starter with an ERA of .53 in three career starts.
