Victorino makes the list again for his performance in 2008, and was a major reason the Phillies were able to make it to the Post Season and ultimately win the World Series.

He batted .293 with 14 home runs, 58 RBI, 102 runs scored, a slugging percentage of .447, OPS of .799 an 36 stolen bases.
