UPDATE (8:12 p.m. ET): The start of Monday night’s game is delayed due to rain. Jim Salisbury of CSN Philly reports that the Cubs hope the weather will clear up between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, which would mean the game would start between 9:00 and 9:30.

Here is Philadelphia’s lineup for Monday’s game:

Velasquez went 6.1 innings in his last start, giving up three runs on six hits against the Marlins. After striking out 17 batters in his first two starts, Velasquez has just five in his last two. He has gone deeper into the game in each of his starts, so he will have to go at least 6.2 innings Monday night to continue that trend.
