The Phillies travel to the “friendly confines” to face the Cubs. This will be the Cubs’ home opener after starting on the road in Pittsburgh, and they will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field. (Wow, that’s an old stadium)

The Cubs are 1-2 after winning the third game of their series against the Pirates. This will be Travis Wood’s first start of the year after a 2013 season that saw him go 9-12 with a 3.11 ERA. He’ll be opposed by Roberto Hernandez who is making his Phillies debut.
