Fangraphs released their rankings of the Phillies’ top prospects.  Unsurprisingly, Maikel Franco, Jesse Biddle, and J.P. Crawford hold the top three spots.  The rest of the spots seem to be the same guys that all the other rankings have listed.  The only thing different is the order.
