2008- Shortstop Anthony Hewitt, Salisbury High School

Hewitt was taken 24th overall as a 19-year-old by the Phillies in 2008. In 2014, after struggling throughout his entire time in the minors, Hewitt was released by the Phillies.

The Orioles signed Hewitt to a Minor League contract before he elected free agency in 2015, and went to the Independent Leagues.

In 608 career Minor League games, Hewitt hit just .223 with 63 Home Runs. 256 RBI, 252 runs and struck out 779 times.
