PHILADELPHIA, PA – JUNE 17: First round pick of 2015 Cornelius Randolph /

2015- Shortstop Cornelius Randolph, Griffin High School

Randolph was taken 10th overall by the Phillies in 2015. While listed as a shortstop, the team had plans to move him to left field, and have stuck with that plan.

Randolph still has much time to grow, as he is still only 21 years old. However, to date, he has not transitioned to Minor League ball as the team would have hoped.

So far in his minor-league career, he has 102 at-bats, hitting .252 with 17 Home Runs, 117 RBI, 132 walks, 133 runs and 261 strike outs. He fared well in his initial season in the Gulf Coast League but has dealt with struggles on various occasions the last three years.
