NUMBER 2: BRAD AUSMUS

Brad Ausmus most recently served with the Detroit Tigers as their manager but was informed before the season ended that he would not be returning in 2018. His first managerial gig was with the Tigers, and he managed them for four seasons beginning in the 2014 season.

The 2014 season was the best out of the other three years as manager. His record was 90-72, .566. Since then and the 2016 season, the Tigers have failed to make it above .500 under Brad Ausmus.

He’s certainly not the best manager, but he could be a good candidate for the job.
