Back off, Nationals.  Just because Mike Rizzo was furiously explaining to his assistant the delicate difference between rare and extra extra extra rare at an airport Wendy’s, and happened to see Ruben Amaro storm by on his cell phone, and followed him because he looked like he was up to something, and bought a ticket for Puerto Rico after he saw Ruben get on the same flight, suddenly the Nationals have “interest.”

Please.  If anybody’s going to snatch the 36-year-old, right handed, career 4.22 ERA Javier Vazquez off the market it’s going to be

J. Vazquez has yet to make final decision about pitching in ’13. Source said he pitched at 94 last night. 1st start of winter on 4 days rest
