Ryan Howard becomes fastest player to drive in 1,000 runs

Ryan Howard achieved a big-time milestone on Saturday afternoon, as the 34-year old first baseman hit his 1,000th career RBI. With his three-run home run, Howard became the fastest player to reach that milestone, achieving it in 1,230 games.

Howard is hitting .227 on the year, along with 10 home runs and 37 RBIs.
