Emotional reaction immediately after the game
They scored runs again!!!
Less emotional reaction after thinking about it a bit
I was worried that Saturday’s offensive outburst was a fluke, but maybe it was a genuine awakening. Let’s see if they can continue the hot hitting.
Heroes
Jimmy Rollins started things off right with a leadoff homer. Cody Asche busted things open with a three-run shot in the 7th.
Goat
Tony Cingrani was the second straight Reds starter to get knocked around by the Phillies’ lineup.
Today’s Game
The Phillies have yet another off-day. This will be their third in the past week.
